Washington Park 2018 Calendars sold for $12 each.

Our calendar project is presently suspended in need of some volunteers to assist in the effort. Could that be you?

Congratulations to the winners of our 5th annual FANS Photo Contest. Winners were selected for 4 categories: Nature, People and Pets, Place and People’s Choice.

Keep those shutters clicking, we will have another photo contest in 2018.

Free programs from FANS

Educational events within the park are a key part of our mission. We’re excited to have recently hosted Audubon Society bird walks, a lecture on conversion from turf to native plants, a tour of the City Park Greenhouse and more.

What’s happening in the park today?
Washington Park is home to many events such as charity runs. Some of these, like the annual Dumb Friends League Furry Scurry, have a big impact for other park users, such as road closures. The city has a comprehensive Special Events Calendar that can help you discover happenings in the park.
